Billy Joel Tour 2020: Billy Joel is returning to Buffalo for the first time in 10 years.
The legendary “Piano Man” will perform at New Era Field, the home of the Buffalo Bills, on Saturday, Aug. 15, at 8 p.m. No opening act has been named.
Tickets go on sale Friday, Nov. 22 at 10 a.m. through Live Nation and Ticketmaster. Pre-sale tickets will be available Monday, Nov. 18 at 10 a.m. to American Express Card Members.

Joel is a legendary performer who has performed at New York’s Madison Square Garden more than 100 times and sold 150 million records worldwide. His 33 consecutive Top 40 hits include “We Didn’t Start the Fire,” “Piano Man,” “It’s Still Rock and Roll to Me,” “For the Longest Time,” and “Tell Her About It.”
“Billy Joel is one of the all-time greatest artists, and I have been fortunate enough to see him live,” Bills Owner and President Kim Pegula said in a statement. “He’s going to put on a great show at New Era Field August 15th, and I know our fans are in for a great night!”
Joel last played New Era Field in 1994. His last concert in Buffalo was in 2010 on a joint tour with Elton John.
Past concerts at the Buffalo stadium include The Rolling Stones and One Direction in 2015, and Guns N’ Roses and U2 in 2017.
